Some products will be dispatched within 1 business days. Orders in the USA will arrive within 7-12 business days. Orders from Europe will arrive in 7-12 business days.
To other regions such as Asia and South America, we can deliver within 7-12 business days.
Christmas Update: We noticed last year that due to the holiday season orders placed on or after December 5th may take longer to arrive than normal due to the courier network backlog. We expect this to be the case this year too. Make sure to get your Christmas orders in early 😊

🎙️How long until my order is dispatched?
✅️Once we receive your order, we aim to get it packed & labeled within 24h and your parcel gets dispatched to a distribution centre. This distribution centre then selects the fastest shipping method from a range of highly reputable couriers and dispatches the order swiftly. When your order has been dispatched from the distribution centre, you will receive an update with your tracking code.
🎙️Do you offer a warranty?
✅️Yes! All electronic components are covered under our 1 year warranty. All electronics are tested at the factory, but in the unlikely event that something goes wrong we'll send you replacements.
🎙️What if a part is missing?
✅️All the parts from this model are machine sorted, meaning it's extremely unlikely for any to be missing. In fact, there are extras included!
In the unlikely event that something is missing you can complete our missing part form and we'll arrange a replacement right away.

Our return policy lasts 30 days after your order was placed or 7 days after the parcel is received (whichever comes last). If you'd like to return an order, please reach out to us and we will provide you with the return details.
